Hi i've search around for this and i cant seem to find anything, anyhow i was using my W550i and then i put it down and when i pressed the menu button it said something about menu. something is missing. i did the battery reset but not the master because i couldnt get to it. I could only access the top 3 icons the rest was blank. The walkman player worked and the call list can be brought up using the left soft key. After removing the battery i couldnt even access the top 3 icons i could before! Anyhow i did an update thingy on SEUS and its ok now everything is intact, anybody experience something like this? :|

hmm... weird bug. i've never come across this with my w550. no one's ever mentioned it before, either.

I know its weird i mean fist it said there was some missing file then it said something about the operator despite it being simfree + when you push up on the d-pad it usually shows the shortcuts all it shown was the shortcut icon the pink wavy arrow :S
