dam sony ericssons i love sony ericsson because sony not only sell phones its great in large range fetchers i have alot of sony stuff at home, handfones, speakers, burners, steros etc! and for a while i have to put up with sony ericsson's software crashes.
as some of ur guys have experience throught the white screen problem for my w550i well not only my phone all w550i crashes
~examples
when playing games, recieving phone calls freezes ur game.
sometime when someone ring u and hang up ur phone continues to vibrates.
after transfering things from usb or bluetooth, when rebooting it go to white screen then it resets ur phones memory eg. pictures and audio.
the software white screen crap has been white screened for about 10 hours now.
im sure all of u out there with w550i will have the same problem!
sony ericsson make some updates for us to download to fix this problem!

no use man the stupid software crash is stupid sony ericsson dissapoints me now!
2 options!
1st~get serviced and have same problem later again
2nd~swap another one and hope it wont white screen
now im looking for a new phone but ill still give sonyericsson a fair go again!

uhmmm... i think SIEMENS also has their own update service for their phones... (correct me if that's wrong too)

the "even" is not justified my friend...phone companys that provide online firmware update are a minority...SE, Siemens, and not much more, i-mate is not a common phone company
