I'm having a problem with the phone i just received (purchased from ebay) . the earphone/microphone work fine in the service test, but when making a phone call, the other person cant hear me, and I cant hear them. when trying to turn the volume up I just get "Earphone volume 0/0" and can't adjust it! The same thing happens when trying to record a voice memo, it just records silence. I upgraded the firmware to the latest version a few days ago, but this hasnt solved the problem. Can anyone help??

bring it to a servicepoint and they'll do a volume reset...
