I bought a K750 Headset last night and tried to use it to my W800i but only the left side of the earpiece was functioning. I went back to the mall and they tried other K750 headsets but to the same result. When I tried my worn out w800i headset, both sides were functioning. (Note: The K750 I bought last night had a label which read: Compatible with K750 and W800i)
Can you guys explain this to me in details?

Both K750 and W800 use the same connection port and accessories are 100% compatible. Try to clean the contacts as the problem looks very much as some pin not making contact properly.
