> Plus Symbol in Outlook Contacts

I've come across a problem after doing a sync between my P910 and Outlook.
Some of my numbers are stored as +447890123456 rather than 07890123456 so that I can call them when abroad.
Unfortunately, Outlook won't have the plus symbol in the phone number, so it removes it. When I sync the contacts with another device, they come across as 447890123456, which obviously doesn't work!
Anyone know of a workaround to this problem? I've actually gone through the numbers on the other device and corrected them, but I don't want them to change back next time I sync!

I have all my numbers in Outlook in international format (+44... etc.) and I've never had a problem syncing with my K750i (I sync at least once daily).

So how do you get the + to store in Outlook? When I go into a number that has the + removed and try to add it, Outlook just takes it straight back out again!
At home, I was able to click on the pencil button that appears next to the phone number in the edit contact window. This then showed an extra +44 box, giving the complete number as +44447890123456 (also wrong!). But it won't display the + in the main contact view.
On my work PC, this pencil button doesn't seem to do anything!
What gives?

I also have a + in all my outlook contacts and this transfers correctly to my k-jam and SE phones
I'll check my setup tonight to try and figure what might be your problem

I have a P910i and this also works fine for me.
ALL my numbers are entered into Outlook with the full international format. So in the number field I might enter +44 1 2345678 and that is accepted by outlook and is sync'd that way to the phone.
If I were to guess what your problem was: Is the "+" key on your PC some type of international character - if so, that may be why it's being rejected. If this is your problem, maybe first type the number into a primitive editor - like EDIT - and then copy and paste it into Outlook?
There is also a setting within Outlook that will prompt you if you don't enter a fully qualified number. On my Outlook, if I enter the number 1234567890 it will nag me to complete the number properly, asking for a number for Country/Region, City/Area code and Local number; this will automatically enter the required "+" for you. Maybe you haven't seen this or maybe this "nag" is switched off on your Outlook?
Hope you get this working - should just be a hidden configuration option in either your Windows OS or Outlook setup.
