i bought something off ebay, the guy has sent me a picture of the proof of postage, but i have not recieved it, it has been 3 days now.
the tracking number on RM website says it has not been delivered.
just wondring what i should do? Obviously the guy has sent it so is genuine, but i clearly would be entitled to a refund if i do not recieve the item ??

but who gives me the refund? royal mail? paypal? the seller?
plus theres a chance that the item could turn up within 4 months, however i will not need to if that happens.
can i perform a chargeback via paypal? is that legal?

Nah, chargeback they'd send postage, you go to royal mail, tell them you havn't recieved your package, and give them the recipt, if it's real and not fake, they'll ask for the value of item etc. and go through the process, say the items worth £300, the most money you can get
