I've downlaoded TCPMP.

Now I need a good DVD converter. Next how do I get the converted file to TCPMP? ( On my K Jam )?

This guy wrote some very good instructions for converting dvd's to compressed format for viewing on a Zodiac (palmOS) version of TCPMP. You can use most everything on that, just adjust the resolution to what you want.
