Yeh this is true... It seems that whenever i have used Vodafone branded sony ericssons the battery has tended to be used a lot faster an the menues are a lot slower... Luckily enough for me i have SETOOL so i debrand my own handsets so they dont stay branded for long...
If u r worried about ur SE if u have one you can always use a service like
www.davinciteam.com who (for a small charge) will debrand your handset for u over the internet using their very own client... its safe an easy to use so giv it a try!
