> Broken screen on P910i
Bookmark topic
Hello everyone! I have a hugh problem and some help would be appreciated.
Last week I was on vacation and of course I had my P910i with me. I remember when I layed it down on the table I took a look at the clock from the screen and then I went out on the balcony. When I returned back the screen had two big white spots on it was full with tiny stripes (green, blue, red), the rest of the screen was all black. The phone didn't start up anymore, not even after taking the battery of. The two white spots where on the screen even when the battery was taken of and the power was shut of.
When I came home from the vacation I directly took it to a SE service center here in Finland and they said that I had either dropped the phone or that something had hit it and thats why the screen had broke. They also said that the warrenty would not cover the damage and that they can change the screen to a new one for 300€.
The phone has never been drop or been in water or anything. I've always taken good care of it.
I just wonder if there is anything I can do to get the phone back because I can't afford a new one nor the screen change.
