mp3? if so use dBpoweramp - but download older freeware version so as you can use it for more than 14(?)days -

Well basically i got a new fone nokia 6280 but only a 64mb card and cant afford a new 1 so i want to shrink ma mp3s so i can fit more then 9 on but at da same tyme keep da same sound quality

There is always a trade-off between file size and quality. What bitrate are your MP3s encoded at? If it's anything over 128 you should be able to re-encode them to 128 and still appreciate the sound. You just need to decide which is more important, the number of tunes you can carry or their quality.

i normally encode my mp3s @ about 64kbps and they sound alright if they haven't been converted too many time (mp3 is a lossy format

! ) you can use dBpoweramp to do that - see my post futher up for older freeware download - works the same
