hi just wanna to know that whats the profit of removing network lock.by doing so what we get.

It means you can use the SIM cards from other Networks. Usually phones are locked to the network you purchased from.

This can be useful if you travel abroad and want to use SIMs from local providers, or if you switch networks but keep the same phone.

Should add a little money to the pprice of the phone if you sell it, as anyone can buy and use it, rather than just people that are on that particular network. Though of course if someone buys say an Orange branded phone and wants to use GPRS and send MMS's on Vodafone for example, they would have to input or get sent the settings to that phone.

Calls and texts would be fine though, all those kinds of settings are on the sim itself.
