> W810i - Problem showing company name

When I synchronised my 810i with outlook I noticed that in the contacts list of the 810i the name of about 100 contacts were blank. It seesm to be that the 810i can only view the first name of last name of a person but not the company name. This is a problem when I want to view restaurants etc.
Nokia phones can show the contact name or company name. Has anyone else had this problem and more importantly does anyone have a solution that doesn't involve me manually copying the company name into the last name field?
