Hello there,today I have noticed a problem with my w800.I was at my grandparents,in a village.I took my phone to browse the internet and then I saw that I had dust under my screen! It was sunny outside thats why I saw it because later in the house it wasn't visible.Does anyone know what to do? Blow air in it,or shake it because in sunlight it is obvious and annoying .please help.

k.i have the same problem like u.but i think you have much dust under protector screen.i have dust under my k750 screen but not much.i really don't now haw can i clean that place.dont try to pull the part wich is over display because i saw that is moving a little.i clean weekly my phone,the lens,the joystick,buttons.but under protector display i can't clean.maybe you should go at orange or connex reprezentation and they will doing something for your phone.because they know how disassemble your w800.try that and you will not be disappointed.

take the cover off and give it a good clean. i always do that with my k500. its easy. you need the know how and the right tools though but its easy enough to do and you can find a tool around the house to use. look around for "w800 housing removal"
