thx, i checked it already aswell. my latest info is, that it cannot be unlocked not even with testpoint.

really? as i ve informed its possible only with testpoint, but way too hard, even some xperts avoid to do it, cos its really complicatde and the fone can be damaged easily.

I have also been told that the current (and coming) SE phones won´t be a walk in the park to tamper with. Guess they hired a Nokia BB5-guy..

I can confirm the SE W810i can be unlocked /debranded already no matter it's on vodafone, orange / T-mobile..
although it's under CID49 protection, but yes, it can be unlocked!
however, I noticed with firmware R4CE, there is a bug on the camera flash light ...the light will start to BLINK after a min it has turn on, but the bug has been fixed in firmware R4CK ..
anyway, for those who might be interested in firmware upgrade /debrand also

I have heard about this bug in the R4CE012 Firmware but i dont think its a bug. Maybe im wrong but.......
If you select the Light in Video Mode it starts to Flash after 20 Secons or so.
But the default Video setting is for MMS wich is 20 Second Clips.
If you change the setting to High Quality Video it does not Flash.
My view is that its to let you know that your time is up as its also stopped recording.
