can some1 please tell me why my key tones keep turning themself off even though i have not changed my profile? I got software version R2E006 is this the latest software? How can i upgrade to a newer version if there is 1. Cheers buddy's !

R5C is the newest. Just go to a SE service point and they will upgrade for free.
