when i play mp4 video in full screen i cant here sound can any one help me.my handset is k750i

can you please elaborate your query... where did you get the file? did you encode it yourself?

how did you manage to transfer the mp4 file to your phone... via supplied cable? card reader?

can you play mp3 files and hear the sound...
