I just upgraded my bro's k750i from SE service centre.. But now whenever I make a call its showing me a msg that CIPHEARING IS NOT SUPPORTED BY OPERATOR. Its showing me one Exclaimation sign on the top panel. What is this ciphearing?

I think you have to return your phone to the service center to clear this up...
