I've played KOTOR and it was smashing! I haven't played KOTOR 2 yet, but from what I hear it is rather good too.

If you are a Star Wars fan then you might be interested in Star Wars Galaxies, a MMORPG.

i've played Oblivion for quite a while now,excellent game,I fully recommend it. I had an AMD Athlon XP 2600+,512 MB Ram,and a ATi Radeon 9800 Pro at 256 Mb (all settings at medium) and I could not stand the lags I had.And my OS was newly installed.Now I have an AMD Athlon 64 3700+,1GB of Ram and ATi Radeon X1600 XT,i can play it at HIGH settings (1280x1024) with no problems at all.As for the game,as I sayd,excellent.

cheers,

Darn, that might be a problem then. If the processor prices come down by the end of august im going to get a 3.6ghz pentium processor and 2gigs of memory. should be enough to play any game for the next 10 years! so, in oblivion, whats it like? is it truly free roaming with a massive game world? and is it anything like Fable? (my favourite RPG at the moment) This message was posted from a P900

@MKiG

Although they say you can play Galaxies with a 56K connection I wouldn't recommend it.

Go for KOTOR and KOTOR 2. I got them both, about halfway though KOTOR, the second one supposed to be better but duuno yet. Also KOTOR should be able to run ok on your current set up.
