> Bug in the nokia 6510/8310 software

Hello,
I think I found a bug in the Software of my nokia phone. But I need confirmation of other users. Do the following:
Go to the calender and make a new Birthday note on a day in the past. (For example today is 11 october so take 10 october to make the note) set the alarm with tone on the day of the birtday at 09.00 o'clock.
Now you have to wait until the hour on your phone is 00.00
Normally you dont see an alarm because the note is made voor a birthday in the past. But in my case the alarm goes of at 00.00 hours.
Let me know how your phone reacts and mention the software version. (*#0000#)

8310 is a bug
- it has a few bugs yes - like re-booting itself when sending a text - also the 5210 & 6310i has bugs aswell - when using handsfree or carkits - nokia have some what lost the plot recently

I had the problem only with Sw version 4.00 now ik have 4.12 and the problem seems to be solved.

There are numerous bugs on the nokia 8310 , and yes i have alos encountered the calender problem as well, the main problem i experienced was the phone jamming and rebooting it self while typing sms's. led to 6 replacements. lol.

I sent my T68 for repair, insted they gave me a 6510, and it crap nothing is good about it, except for the Fm radio
