> v600i firmware upgrade questions - help me plz!

hi,
been told by a mate that around january ericsson / sony ericsson upgraded all the sony ericsson phones firmware to make it impossible to put games onto the phone anymore (due to network operators forcing them to apparently). to be honest i don't believe this true, as i have v600i with quite new f/w but know there is newer, and just to fix a few glitches, i would like to update - but the fact that i do not know whether i'll still be able to put games / other java apps onto the phone any more, stops me - so has anyone got a se v600i with the latest firmware on it, can you still put games on it?!?!? - my f/w is R2T200
