Hi all,
I know this issue regarding the volume has been discussed elsewhere on the forum, but can't find the post again.
I just got my new W810i, and the volume (ringtone, msg alert, etc) sounds a little quieter than my old K700i, can't remember if there was a fix for it to make it louder.
Any help is much appreciated.

besides increasing the volume by pressing the volume keys there is nothing else that can be done.

When I first used my w810i I noticed the same thing.
I set the ringtone volume to max and them when the phone rang I noticed the ringtone was very quiet. I used the volume controls on the right hand side to increase the volume further.
Now it's nice and loud!
