I've upgraded phone software, and there is the message after starting the phone, and entering the PINcode: 'Wrong SIM card, insert the correct SIMcard'. And there is place for entering a code. Is it possible the SIMlock has been activated after upgrading? Have you got this kind of problem with your mobiles? What to do in that case; how to deactivate the SIMlock - if this is a reason.
Thanks for help in advance.

Did you get a new sim?. Or is you current sim locked to a provider? Do you have a unlocked phone?

Before the software upgrading my phone was unlocked and the SIM card is the same as before. Actually, every SIM card which I insert the phone is rejected. I have not idea what's going on...

Not really any help but.. Might help getting clues.. Go into service menu and check the 'Locks' OR re use SEUS.. in Recovery Mode.. I once had to take mine to Serv Center & they upgraded it from R4 to R5A.. But I made up reverse it as I felt that the phone and menu response got weird.. if previous FW and customisation arent MAJORLY compromising you, were not giving problems.. try and take it back to that Condition /FW This message was posted from a S700

hey guys, any other idea?

Maybe you know how to undo the upgrading? Unfortunatelly there is no backup file, but is it possible to use another mobile's backup? Will it work? Or it is only backup of the data (not firmware)?
