I uploaded the latest WIDCOMM driver set to The Pirate Bay, version 5.0.1.1400, thought some of you guys might be interested. As I said on the page, I've tested them thoroughly and they work superbly. They support all the new Bluetooth functions like High Quality Audio and others.

I tried one before but needed to apply a "patch" if you know what I'm talking about and it even didn't work, does this one requires it also?

I use a dongle which uses widcomm drivers.. Lately its just not working.. Even trying to uninstall / install- uninstall doesnt go thru. Gives weird path not found messages and once even popp'd one- saying my Office 2000 install'tion was faulty :-? MAYBE THESE NEW ONES YOU MENTION WOULD HELP. . . . . thanx This message was posted from a S700

Darkwolf, it's worth a try. Just make sure you follow the instructions on the TPB page i.e. PATCH IN SAFE MODE. Everything else is straight-forward except that.

How do you force to install it in english? I have an spanish Windows XP and the WIdcomm translation is plain awfull!

Tried changing regional settings but it didn't work

mb-new, I did ask on the page if anyone knew of any newer drivers to let me know also. That 2500 build is very new, so that is why i didn't know about it. Anyway I will leave the 1400 build there.
