i have k750i and i bought hpm-70,but the problrm is sound.someone said me than the problem is the old firmware of my fhone.but i don't know were can i found the new firmware.that firmware must be instaled in the phone or ...?sorry but i don't know nothing about the firmware?if you want you can explain me about what's mean firmware.thank you!

The firmware is the operating system in the phone.. You can update your phones firmware with SonyEricsson Update Service, check update service page for K750 for more info..

The first line is the firmware version number... and it's old... install the update service package on your pc and then you can update your phone.

Where it says R1L002 at the beginning bit of what you have written in your post.... that is the firmware of your phone.... and its old now....

You can download the latest version......

Goto the sony ericsson site and download the SEUS client and you willl need the usb cable to update with..... the one that would have come with your mobile phone.

when running the update service software you installed on your computer it gives you instructions what to do... follow the steps and it will update your phone

since it's an online update software it always uses the most current firmware version from firmware server, so after update your phone has the most current firmware installed.

if you follow the steps and have a fully charged phone battery it will most likely update without any problem.... it checks which phone model you have in order to determine the right firmware version, so it can't be updated with the wrong firmware

if you want to update it with W800 firmware you can't use update service, to update it with W800 firmware use the search function in order to search for threads about this.
