Can I download themes using infrarred ?
If I can HOw can I DO THIS?

yes, you can, and its just like sending any other file to the phone
assuming you have the phone lined up with the PC IR port then use windows explorer to find the theme you want to send, then right click, choose send to, then IR recipient (or something similar).
when the file is received on the phone, the phone will do the rest
