Hi all,
I'v just brought new p910 and its really smart ..
but also smartest thing have a problem..Please help.
even after charging for an hour when the battery is full, when i restart my phone it shows 0%.
the phone functions properly for recharged time but i think there is some problem with a software ..
i have already done a master reset . but still things are not resolve.
The status is either 100% or 0%
Guys if anyone of you have the solution please help.

just a thought but try the update software on SE site, you need to select the p910 and click on a link for all available software, download the updater and make sure you follow the instructions on SE site. If that doesnt resolve it, it could be with you for life

I had the same problem and it was a faulty battery. The battery is responsible for letting the phone know how much charge is left - that is the reason behind it having three contacts instead of the usual two. Try borrowing another battery and see if it works - new batteries are quite cheap on ebay.

The other day when at Serv Centre to get my 910 LCD replaced, I had enquired about high batt. use, drain AND that it usually doesnt go beyond 98% .. I was told its mostly FW related.. that reminds me.. BEFORE all this, why donch ya just take it to the shop/ service centre, if you bought it new and if its under warranty? Let THEM fix it instead of you doing something.. which anyway they ought to!
