The new PlayStation 3 (PS3) will hit Japanese stores on 11 November, with the US and Europe following less than a week later, Sony has announced.

The console will be available in two versions: 20gb at $499 (around £330 at current exchange rates) and 60gb at $599 (approx £400)

yep, saw this on gizmodo today but you got the proces wrong (on our side)

using the predicted exchange rates it works out close to:

$499 - £270
$599 - £330

Its a pretty good price considering what you get with the xbox 360 etc. I do hope that bungie release halo 3 about that time to as if so it will screw up sony's release loads
