> Strange Up Key On W810i
Bookmark topic
I bought a W810i about a week ago and it has a strange UP key which doesnt feel the same as the rest of them and it's a right nuisance (I think that's how it's spelt) especially when I am trying to skip through tracks really quickly. I want to know whether this is a problem that all W810i's experience. I just want to know if it's worth my while taking it back for an exchange.
>>>PLEASE HELP!

What exactly do you mean by an UP key?
If you mean the 'up' part of the 4-way circular silver D-pad then this should feel the same as the other directional parts of the D-pad.
Other than that, I'm not sure what you mean...

Actually it's just that the plastics on the control pad hasn't been 'worn' into yet. The button's just a bit stiff, work with it for a week and it should be fine.

I got the same problem on my last unit...plus the silver and orange halfmoon are not on same level.
I got it change here in HK... of course, by telling them I got an intermittent drop calls ...
Now, if I squeeze my unitonm corners with opposite force I can feel some small squek especially on the top corners...
By of course, this is not an issue since every unit will squek vs time..

So if I just take it back to them and tell them somethin like that it sometimes drops calls like you did they'll except it.
