after i got off a call my phone completely shut off... i tried to turn it back on and the white screen turns on like its about to restart but then it shuts off agian.... the batter was practically fully charged. but i still hooked it up to charge again and it still will not turn on...
does anyone have any idea whats going on... do you think i might need a completely new battery.... help...

I had the same problem and the only thing that did the job was updating the firmware.
