the first problem i encountered on my k750i was the joystick problem , the joystick became stiff and unresponsive , the problem has been blamed on dust which gets under the joystick.
to fix it simply blow under the joystick then keep wiggling it around after about a day and a half it should be fixed.(also dont blow under the joystick too much as your breath has saliva in it which puts moisture under the joystick which could break your phone.)

i had a similar problem my joy stick would not respond when push upwards i try everything but gave up and changed it for a new one now its ok
