I bought the CommuniCam today and have a question. Is it possible to send pictures using GPRS instead of GSM? In the setup menu is it only possible to set up the camera using GSM.

I would guess so
About the communicam : you can send images to an email-adress, right ?
I mean, if you have an email-account that is set up to use gprs, on the phone,..then I think that it would use the gprs-account to do so.

No, the CommuniCam MCA-10 capability to send images to email or Web-Album isn't due to any built-in emailer configuration.
In fact, the MCA-10 use its own settings (some are hard-coded) to establish a link to an Ericsson server which, after proper formating, will forward to a SMTP server those mails and if set, to the "Web-Album" application.
For GPRS+MCA-10, you must use Firmware R1C or better on T68. And you have to use some built-in T68 settings (as MCA-10 isn't GPRS aware) by launching GPRS session thanks to *99***1# ("1" stands for CID # designating the generic operator APN for web traffic).
