is this a piece of crap? what im looking for doesnt need tp be super good, just needs to have the radio, and be a monitor. its cheap, and from HONG KONG, so i was wondering, do you all think i will be getting ripped off if i buy this??

(p.s. its not for me, a friend wanted me to ask)

i just need a decent one - ya know? theres one i like, ill find and post a pic later - but its over 550 and they guy doesnt wanna pay that. (that would be for me to buy it, and i would charge him about 700 for instilation and all) - so thats a little crazy.
