If the picture you're talking about is a jpg image,..then its in pixels. Not a Corel Draw Image.
(Corel Draw isnt a pixel-based program, its vector-based).
Instead open corel photopaint,..this should be part of your corel-draw package.
(if you dont have photopaint, use e.g. photoshop or another photo-program)
In Photopaint you need to resize the image :
101 x 80 pixels
256 colors or less.
GIF.format
Then you need to save picture as "indexed" colors,..which means you save the picture as a GIF. (or use the "export as-function" in "file").
You can choose how many colors you want in the image,..16,32,64,128,256.
The more colors, the bigger the image will be in kb-size.
Try to make the same picture with more/less colors,..to find out how big (kb) they are.

GO to Ericsson Taiwan, click "browse" choose your jpg picture, or gif, then click the button under the path, on the next page there is your new T68 background.
It is a Chinese site, but shouldn't be any problem.
Good luck!
