What i've noticed since i upgraded my firmware to r1bc002, beyound the hissing noise (btw that SUCKS!!!) is that my media player randomly crashes when i'm listening to music (ex: after 11 tracks it crashes) and reboots the phone.
Anyone else is experiencing this bug?

yeah i got this too. but only does it with memory card in. Think its an issue with the memory card reader while using large cards. doesnt do it witha 64mb card but does with a half gig. tried my card in a friends w800 and it doesnt do it. very annoying. Started doing it more and more often so its back at O2 for repair. Im enquiring about getting it replaced with the W810, helps when u know the mananger my advice is send it back. did it with R1A and R1BC versions of the firmware

yup. follow these instructions:

1. put fone in box
2. drive to shop wer u bought said fone
3. complain loudly in shop and threaten lagal action until they replace fone
4. take brand new w810 home
5. charge
6. voila - no more crashing problems!!!

Step 3 can be replaced by having a quite word in the managers ear if you're mates with the manager.

seriously tho i had 3 fones before i got one that worked rite and then that one was sent for repair a few times, so i had a legitmate claim. They replaced it with a brand spanking new w810 and mite i say, what a fone. im so impressed with it!!!! sell ur w800 on ebay and put the cash toward a w810 if above does not work
