Well I got the receipt for my w810i and I’m sending the phone for repair tomorrow, but my question is how long will they take to repair the phone and mail it back to me? Also the receipt isn’t the same address as the one that I am resident in, will they mail it to the receipt address or the one that I have asked them to mail it to in my enclosed letter?

@catalyst - Looks like you have a 'different' situation here pal . . . might as well call the service center and tell them about your dilemma dude. I am concern about you residing at present in a different place, aside from the one stated in your warranty receipt

The item was an eBay purchase so the receipt is for them and there address not mine, anyone know how long it will take for them to return it?
