I have installed the software and connected appropriatly, and in phoen mode phoen works fine but when i try to switch to file transfer mode, my pc makes the noise that signals the disconnection of hardware, then upon viewing device manager, there is the W810i under 'Other Devices.' I have tried to connect it by manually searching for the drivers on the CD, but my pc is having none of it!! Any ideas guys?? Really frustrating lol!!
