ok, so i bought a laptop and i have been trying to connect the phone to it using the USB cable, i downloaded the software for using the USB..

and for the life of me i cant get the computer to accept the software, every time i try to instal the software there is a pop up window saying that there was a problem and the software could not be installed.

i only want to use the USB cable to transfer the photos out of the phone.

on a side not, i have bluetooth, but i dont know how to use that either....
