> W810i Shortcuts default to original on power up

Hi All -
W810i is fantastic.
Problem: I change the shortcuts to my own and they are fine, until I power off the phone and switch back on - they then revert back to the original defaults.
There are no save options during this process - but there is an oprion to de-activate them !!!.
How can I ensure that my shortcuts remain after a reboot/powerup.
I am only changing 2 of them - the L and R either side of the middle button.

I don't have that problem at all on my W810i, after having turned the phone off and on many times, removing battery and SIM in some cases.
All shortcuts remain intact.
What network/software version are you on?

common issue on the new se's..
do this...
deactivate the shortcut button
reboot your phone
turn on your shortcuts again
reboot your phone, they should stay for good
