Hi

I recently updated my W800i firmware to the latest R1BC002 on Total Multiserver.

However, it seems that the games and also some of the sounds have vanished after that. Does anyone here know whether this is a known issue with Total Multiserver or if I was just plain and simple unfortunate?

What I'm really asking is probably if someone else has experienced the same thing?

Hi

When your phone ships, certain tones, games, pictures etc are added by your service provider. When you update the firmware, with multiserver, davinci or whatever, it does a clean install and any 'extra' items are lost. Always worth backing everything up before attempting any sort of update.

My only problem with that theory is that I used Da Vinci to convert my D750 -> W800i in the first place. So I got the games for the W800i that way, only to lose them when updating to a newer firmware later on.
