How do you get the frontcover off from the w800i phone?

Assuming it's the same as the K750 as they share the same main chassis, then you need to unscrew a couple of T6 torx screws nd the rest is clipped on. The screws are in the corners under the battery cover and once they're out you should be able to prize the front cover off with a knife (being careful not to damage the case or your hands on the blade...)
Try this guide. Was pretty handy when i needed to replace the keypad in my K750. W800 should come apart in the exact same way.
