From the beginning you have to unpack downloaded file and then execute .exe from one of two appearing folders. You did so?

the seus file is an .exe and it IS executable ( 'exe', remember?)
u should be able to just double-click and start setup.

Powerarchiver keeps on giving me a read error on the file when i try extract it.
When i double click it self extracts, it prepares for installation and then stops, and doesn't install anything.

I had download a non-executable file (2.6.4.9 version) and first i unpack it in Total Commander (selecting menu - unpack). Two folders appeared and then i executed new-forming *.exe - file in one of new folders.

Personally I just run the executable (UpdateService_Inst_2.6.4.9.exe) and it installs the software automatically - manual unpacking is not required.
Is your download 30,745KB? If the unpacking was sucessful, it sounds like the file is not corrupt and the problem is to do with your Windows installation. Have you tried installing the same file on a different PC?
