I purchased my k750i Sept2005 everything was going ok till now. My phone started to re-start/reboot by itself this started to bug me...also it would drop calls...and not pick up calls even when i have signal. So i sent it for warrenty to get it fixed. after 5 weeks, i got it back. within 3 hours of regular use the phone reset itself and a message came on the screen. "configuration error..." so i got it back and they fixed it all up for me... than after 6-7 hours of use. the phone reset itself again and a Flashing WHITE screen came on. So thats all its doing now...flashing white...so i returned it to them and there sending it to Sony. I dunno wats going to happen. I dont really want the same phone...a new one wud be ok...a upgrade to a K800i would be the best.

If I would be you I would demand a new one, it is not normal that after 3 times the phone isn't fixed.

if the phone has a warranty then they MUST replace it after 3 times of fault. dont take any excuses from them. DEMAND a new one.

They don't HAVE to. It's good customer service & if you got trading standards involved they probably would though. Sucks when that happens!

well i just got my phone back today. i gave it in on may23, and recieved it on aug26. it has travelled alot, and the outcome is that the changed the internal guts of it because they could not find out the main problem. So now i have a K750i/W810i cell phone. It seems to be working ok. In the mean time thou i bought the K800i. Its a good phone, but since i got this one back...i miss it. lol. does anyone know where i can download some games for these phones. i dont have internet access from the phone, i was wondering if theres a site where i can download it on my computer, and copy it to my phone via cable. (like the themes).
