Ok, so i have had my K750i repaired 3 times now by Carphone warehouse, the last time i gave my phone in for repair it took a few days under a month and the other 3 times it took around 3 weeks. Now the joystick has failed for the fourth time, once my warrabty runs out i dont want to have to pay for this to be fixed.
I am within my rights to request a replacement from SE?
How should i go about this? I have sent them an email and refuse to ring their premium charge customer support line.
Any ideas?
