It all happened when i pluged in my W900 to the computer and everything was fine. I transfered one picture and then i unplugged the phone. When the phone restarted it said "Please Wait" and it took around 20 seconds then the it asks me if i want to accept the update for daylight savings. I was like WTF? Now whenever i try to click on the menu, all it says is "Configuration Error. Please Contact Your Network Operator or Service Center". When i press and button on the directional pad, it says "would you like to add a shortcut" and if you press yes, it brings up the same old error. The weird thing is that you can use the camera and the walkman applications by using the side buttons. You can also call people. This is so confusing. I already tried updating it with SEUS and the updating was succesful but i still have the same problem. I live in Brooklyn, NY and i called up SE and they said that the only Service Center in the United States is in Louisiana and that it would take 2-3 months for it to get repaired and sent back. PLEASE does anybody have a solution to this? Do you think that flashing it with Davinci would fix this problem? PLEASE HELP ME. Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem with my W800. SE service center flashed it with their internal flash program(not SEUS) and the problem had been solved.

This normally happens when a phone has been flashed but not completed, davinci may sort it.

Hi,

you just need to finalize your phone. Buy 1 credit at www.wotanserver.com, and you can finalize using DCU-60 cable yourself. No need service center.
