Why doesn't SE release an official comprehensive description of what is improved, what bugs are fixed, etc,in its all firmware updates/releases,say e.g. what are improved in K750 R1CA021-so that we are, users, don't just guess about the bitrate, the camera driver version, and so on-why? Any reasons? Why do they 'secretly' update without announcement-and make us try SEUS all the time? Or am I wrong?

Yes,

I think that firmware development at SE is totally messed up.

I'm going to say it's because SE have never made Firmware updates something public. Firmware updates have allways been something you get IF your phone messes up and you go to a service center about it.

SE didn't seem in the past to want end users updating their firmware all the time, or maybe, didn't think the average user was bothered about such things.

SEUS is a recent application, relatively speaking, so i think their firmware devolpment team still work on the old system, set-up up so that firmware updates are really only accessible to service centers. Whereas with the availability of SEUS, end users are upgrading whenever they feel like.

Firmware updates, from SE's perspective, seem to be something that should only be done if you are having problems. It's not worth the hassle for most people otherwise. If SE wants firmware updates to become like software updates, then they'll release such a list. But I don't think that is what they intend at the moment.

Whenever we send emails to SE concerning our phone problem, mostly they say 'please, upgrade yours with the latest f/w'-doesn't it mean that more improvements are made along the phone's life cycle, then, why doesn't SE release clearly what are fixed instead of letting us discover them by ourselves? SEUS is officially offered to end users, why should SE 'hide' this 'good things'? What's the deal?
