One of my 910i's has developed a fault, the fone still works fine but the touch screen doesn't, i was hoping that a master reset of the fone would do the trick, only problem is u need the touch screen to get to it, any one know of any way to do a master reset without the touch screen?

you could do "format internal disk" instead, coz it cleans your phone completly. you can access to that menu by using flip keypad, but after reboot, you`ll need touch screen to set up few things (such as data, time etc)

Not an expert on this but i have read previously on this forum that your problem can somtimes occur when grit or some other foreign object gets jammed between the small gap of the housing and the screen.Which obviously leaves it being depressed in a particular area all the time.A removal of the front housing and a quick clean usually does it.Failing that it could be that the whole screen is knackered.
Hope this helps in someway!!!
