I have scoured the web for a description of how to configure my Mac OS X ibook to use dial-up networking with my t68i. So far, I have only found descriptions of how to use GPRS, which I don't want. (FYI, I don't want to use GPRS because I don't want to pay per megabyte, when I have a phone plan with 3000 minutes...)
When I installed the Sony Ericsson Communication Suite on my PC, I was able to use the Dial-up networking feature to dial up my own ISP over Bluetooth. So far, I haven't been able to do it on my ibook....
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Axel

Note that I HAVEN'T TRIED THESE, but I plan to...
There are 2 scripts at the following website, one listed as working for SE GPRS, the other for SE HSCSD, which it sounds like is the one you want:

Hope it works out!

Ashalson,
Did you figure out how to do it? I was wondering what carrier you are on in LA? I just signed up for AT&T in NYC, but have been unable to connect using dial-up, only using GRPS. Like you I would rather use my minutes and not my data.
When I try to dial my ISP number, it just states that there was no response. If I put my home phone number in, I get the same error, without my phone even ringing. Is it possible to set up my PC laptop to connect using dial-up, and not GRPS?
