i'm having troubles pairing my bluetooth with Nokia N70 ... any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!

You have to hold down both volume buttons until a rotating icon appears on the screen of the headset, indicating it's ready to pair. Then you can perform discovery with the phone and pair it using "0000" as the pairing PIN.
