> Unable to connect k700i to pc

I used to synchronise my k700i using float mobile agent. Untill yesterday everything was going on fine. Now i am unable to connect my phone to the pc. I tried accessing the phone using the pc suite from SE. I can access various folders on the phone,but when i try to transfer anything from the phone to the pc,i get an "error in connection" message... What am i to do? I am using a serial cable to connect my phone to the pc. I tried switching the serial cable to other ports too...but it aint working...someone please help me out...

Try to reconnect to another USB port. All you need is uninstall PS Suite and FMA and then install My Phone Explorer! And finally just forget your previous s/w as terrible dream. Luck.
