I haven't checked as I didn't want to open the bags the phone and battery are wrapped in. Usually O2 phones are unlocked. I have received an offer of £200 already. Once I make a deal, I can open and check for locks before money is exchanged (Leave that decision to the buyer).

It will be unlocked, my w810 is on o2 and unlocked. the firmware branding is very minimul too.
